The restaurant features sixty comfortable seats, set indoor or in a beautiful outdoor courtyard, to uncover all the delicious traditional recipes skillfully revisited and prepared with products that are fresh, seasonal, wild, or just picked from our organic garden.
There are no words to describe the fragrance and goodness of our entrees or of the 40 Apulian wines from our cellars, including sweet, dry, or from grape varieties that no longer exist, which always stand out for their strong and decisive character.
The restaurant is open upon reservation even for outside customers.

Cuisine

As service and warm hospitality make it a true charming hotel, Masseria Il Frantoio in Ostuni runs a successful organic farm while producing DOP-grade extra-virgin olive oil, rosoli and high-quality jams; in 2008, its high-quality produce was awarded the “Green Oscar” prize by Coldiretti, the Italian farmer's union.

Wrapped in elegant packages, the Masseria farm products are shipped to all locations in Italy and they are used to make the flavorful entrees of its restaurant. They represent a success story for traditional Apulian cuisine and a true journey into the traditions of the Upper Salento region.
